  Due to developments of ports, development fields of oil and gas on a continental shelf on the Black Sea, to raise intensity of transport-lines (oil and gas pipelines) - to apply a numerical models of passive impurity spread in the Black Sea and estimation ecological situation with their use are the important and actual problems for today.
